Shirley Fuller

Shirley Anne Fuller, 89, a resident of Harrisonburg, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at the Brunk House of VMRC.

Mrs. Fuller was born on January 14, 1936 in Washington, DC and was a daughter of the late John William Sr. and Gladys Daniels Pugh. Known for her giving personality, Shirley volunteered with Sentara RMH Medical Center for many years and was an active and involved member of Manor Memorial United Methodist Church in New Market.

On January 22, 1955, she married Donald Fuller who preceded her in death on July 13, 2016.

Surviving are her children, Walter Rogers Fuller of Bowie, MD, Brian Fuller and wife Mary of Milford, DE, Melanie (Fuller) Souza and husband Brian of Salem, NH; grandchildren, Brian Keith Fuller Jr., Melissa Lynn (Fuller) Sousa, Gerrit Michael Alofs, Jason Donald Alofs; and great-grandchildren, Nathan Charles Fuller, Abigail Fuller, and Lucas Alofs.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Fuller was preceded in death by her siblings, John William Pugh Jr., and June McDaniel.

Following cremation, all services will be held privately.
