Glen Armstrong

Glen Wayne Armstrong, 71, a resident of Timberville, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at his home.

Mr. Armstrong was born on September 28, 1954 in Harrisonburg and was a son of the late Vernon H. and Etta D. Armstrong. He loved to camp, hunt and fish.

Surviving is his daughter, Donna Burrell and husband Danny of Fulks Run; sisters, Betty Hammond, Kay Monger; grandson, Justin Burrell; step grandchildren, Addie Burrell, Benjamin Burrell, Jeremy Burrell, Katelyn Burrell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his brother, Vernon Howard Armstrong Jr.; and brother-in-law, Jerry Hammond.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at McMullen Funeral Home.

All other services will be private.
